Vibrocaster Modded Vox Real McCoy Wah Pedal - Vintage Halo, Ducati Caps, NOS Icar Pot. Full Clyde Rebuild

Painstaken attention to detial has been taken to strip this new Vox Real McCoy wah and rebuild it as close to an original Clyde as possible. The shell has had holes filled, sanded and sprayed inside. The shell has been lightly aged to a subtle but vintagd looking patina. The circuit has been completely replaced using extremely rare vintage parts where available from my own personal stash. These include;

- Original 60s Halo inductor with original vintage ferrite cores intact.

- Vintage Icar Pot (NOT the later ERT version), working without issue.

- Vintage Ducati Bipolar electrolytic (in spec).

- Vintage tropical fish sweep and input caps.

- NOS TI and BC109 transistors, selected for optimum gain.

True bypass wiring ensures no tone is lost when the wah is off. The sound of an original halo and ICAR pot is something thats next to impossible to replicate and original Clyde McCoy wah pedals are now worth thousands. This is a wonderful way to get that vintage hendrix tone in a modern unit.
