A stunning R9 built by Gibson to commemorate the House of Guitars 50th Anniversary. There's an interesting article online about this run, premium woods hand selected by HOG, killer tops and a wonderful custom spec neck shape. The profile feels more like a newer true historic spec, thick but with less shoulder than you'd normally expect. Weighing in at 8lbs 7oz, its fantasticly resonant unplugged with a soft bloom to the notes
