2005 Fender Custom Shop '60 Stratocaster Relic Daphne Blue 7lbs 10oz w/G&G Case and COA Aged
From a Custom Shop era of real attention to detail and tasteful relicing, this 20 year old Custom Shop is about as good as it gets. A slim C neck, with vintage frets and radius feels sublime in the hand, and the guitar unplugged has a wonderful natural mid range honk and sparkle. It also weighs in at a comfortable 7lbs 10oz. 
The aging is (in my opinion) far nicer than you see on current production Custom Shops and looks very much like a well worn pre cbs Strat. The Daphne Blue finish is a stunning dupont paint colour, that screams retro. Originally a cadillac colour, it made it's way onto Fender Custom colour rosta in 1958 and is one of my personal favourite finishes.
The guitar is all original having one owner most of it's life and only brought out for occasional use. It comes with it's COA, case candy and brown G&G Deluxe hard case. Trades and part ex for Fender and Gibson electrics are always welcome.
